Graham certainly wasn’t shy when designing the Chronofighter Prodive. A massive chronograph trigger on the left, a bright yellow crown, a propeller-shaped running seconds indicator, and a case built to withstand 600 metres of water pressure. There’s quite a lot going on here!
What makes it particularly interesting is that the signature Graham trigger isn’t merely a design feature. It’s a functional monopusher chronograph system, engineered to operate even underwater. At 45mm and over 18mm thick, this is certainly not a watch for everyone. But I do appreciate Graham’s willingness to take a different approach to the traditional dive watch. Looking back at these older Chronofighters, they really had a design language of their own.
